Administrative Email Approval
The designated administrator receives an email notification and must explicitly approve the request. -
Manual Identity Confirmation
A Uniexperts team member confirms the request via a phone call to the registered business contact.
Only after all three steps are completed will deletion proceed.
Timeline
- Deletion is completed within 30 days of final authorization
- Deleted data cannot be recovered, even if Meta integrations are reconnected

- Revoke Meta permissions at any time
- Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp integrations
Disconnecting an integration stops further data collection immediately.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:
- HTTPS and encrypted data transmission
- Role-based access controls
- Secure authentication
- Monitoring and logging for unauthorized access
Where Meta data is transferred across borders, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
