Data Deletion Instructions

Uniexperts Edtech FZ LLC (“Uniexperts”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting
user privacy and ensuring that personal data processed through Meta Platforms is deleted
securely and responsibly upon request.

This page explains how users can request deletion of data obtained through Facebook,
Instagram, and WhatsApp Business integrations.

Data Covered by This Request

You may request deletion of the following data processed through Uniexperts:

- Facebook and Instagram Lead Form submissions
- Facebook Page messages
- Instagram Business Direct Messages
- WhatsApp Business messages
- Message attachments and metadata (timestamps, status)
- Connected Meta account and page identifiers

Secure Three-Step Data Deletion Process

To prevent unauthorized or accidental deletion of business data, Uniexperts follows a
mandatory three-step authorization process.

Data Deletion Request Process

The business owner or an authorized administrator must:

  1. Log in to the Uniexperts portal
    https://uniexperts.app
  2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations / Privacy
  3. Submit a Data Deletion Request for the selected Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business)

Once submitted, further data processing for the selected integration is paused.

After Submission

  • A confirmation email is sent to the registered administrator
  • The administrator must explicitly approve or reject the request using the secure approval link

No data is deleted without this approval.

Additional Security Measure

As an additional security measure:

  • A Uniexperts team member will contact the registered business phone number
  • The purpose of the call is to:
    • Verify the identity of the requester
    • Confirm intent to permanently delete data
    • Prevent unauthorized or fraudulent deletion requests

Only after successful confirmation will the deletion process proceed.

Deletion Timeline

Data deletion is completed within 30 days of final authorization.
All eligible Meta Platform data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered, even if Meta integrations are reconnected.

You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is completed.

Alternative Request Method (If Portal Access Is Unavailable)

If portal access is unavailable, you may submit a data deletion request via email.

 

Step 1: Include your business name

Step 2: Mention connected Meta platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

Step 3: Provide registered email and phone number

Step 4: State the reason for the deletion request

All email requests follow the same
three-step authorization process.
Data deletion is completed within 30 days of final approval.

You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained if required to:

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements
  • Maintain security, fraud prevention, or audit records

Any retained data is securely stored with restricted access.

Effect of Data Deletion

  • All Meta messages and lead data will be permanently removed
  • Conversation history will no longer be accessible
  • Reconnecting Meta accounts will not restore deleted data
